The Amish’s strong work ethic is utilized in all Fehrs and Magee construction projects.

Scott Fehrs and Dave Magee have been residents of Lawrence County for the past 40 years. Scott Fehrs is the CEO of Treloar & Heisel, Inc. Dave Magee is the owner of D&L Magee Plumbing. Members of the Lawrence County Builders Association, both men have strong ties to the community. They thrive on maintaining solid customer relationships, along with exacting attention to detail and quality. The partnership of Fehrs and Magee has quickly evolved from contractor to builder/developer, with the launch of Covered Bridge Estates, a 28 acre community of single family homes. A “hands on” approach to project management ensures that every project receives the attention and care it deserves.
