CONGRATULATIONS TO CHAD JOHNS WHOSE NAME WAS DRAWN IN OUR CONTEST FOR TICKETS TO BID FOR HOPE VIII!!

Chad entered the drawing on the Homes for the Cure website and won two tickets (a $400.00 Value!!) to BID FOR HOPE VIII,  a charity auction hosted at Bossa Nova by Pittsburgh Steeler Heath Miller, his wife Katie, and Diana Napper of the Glimmer of Hope Foundation.   Chad and a guest will enjoy complimentary cocktails,  hors devours,  gift bag containing a white football (for autographs), and more.   Miller's invited teammates that  attended last year were Hines Ward, Ben Roethlisberger, Brett Keisel, Max Starks, Marvel Smith and Charlie Batch, just to name a few.  All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Glimmer of Hope Foundation to fund breast cancer research at MaGee-Womens Research Institute and Foundation.

A Glimmer of Hope Foundation is pleased to announce that it has joined with Coldwell Banker to establish the “Homes for the Cure” program. Lynn Bryan of Coldwell Banker has been named the “Exclusive Realtor” for “Homes for the Cure”.

Coldwell Banker and Ms. Bryan will donate a portion of their commission from the sale of each participating “Homes for the Cure” residence to help fund a premenopausal breast cancer study at Pittsburgh’s Magee-Womens Research Institute and Foundation.

“The Coldwell Banker – A Glimmer of Hope Foundation venture will indeed provide a unique avenue for the area home/property owners to become part of this amazing local breast cancer research study,” said Susan Moran, Consultant - A Glimmer of Hope Foundation.

A Glimmer of Hope Foundation is a Pennsylvania non-profit organization founded by Diana Napper in 1994. A Glimmer of Hope Foundation has already raised over $1,000,000 to help fund this study. Please visit www.symbolofthecure.com for more information about the Foundation.
